With the challenge at hand I decided to start with my new Silhouette Cameo cutting machine. I found some cards I wanted to make so I cut them out and got to decorating them. So here they are :

The Next Challenge

It was my turn to set the next challenge. I had always wanted to have a go at creating a chalkboard card. Chalkboards are quite in fashion at the moment. There have been lots of samples on pinterest. So our next challenge was to create 3 chalkboard projects. Here is what I came up with :
It was not as easy as I thought. Trying to place the stamped images was tricky. I used the new Wildflower Meadow stamp, Papaya Collage and a single stamp that is no longer available.
I used basic black cardstock and whisper white craft ink. Before I stamped I rubbed the embossing buddy over the black card to make it look dusty like a blackboard.

So now I wait for Juliana to set the next challenge. I wonder what it will be ??

Let the challenge begin

As you all probably know I am really good friends with Juliana Main from Juliana's Obsessions. She is responsible for signing me up to Stampin' Up and starting my addiction. We decided that we needed to a bit of motivation to get creative so Juliana came up with the idea of having a challenge. The first challenge was to make make 3 different items using some of the new Seasons of Style Designer Series paper from both the pack and the stack.
So obviously we had a Christmas theme going on. We thought this would be a good way to introduce the new Holiday Catalogue.

So we both got to work. Here are the cards that I made :
I am happy with what I created. If you would like to purchase any of these papers click here to go to my shop.
I'd love to know what you think of my cards. Please leave me a comment.
